Alan R. Hutchins

Alan Roy Hutchins, 75, of Star, Idaho passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at home surrounded by his family.  He was born March 4, 1945 in Chester, Pennsylvania.

In Al's words: "If I had only one wish in a lifetime it would be that all my family and friends would come to know Christ in a personal way and that the world would see Him as well."  He never missed a chance to win a heart for Jesus.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Sharon Hutchins; his 2 sons Alan & Shane; his daughter Natalie Thomasmeyer; his daughter-in-law Whitney; his brother John; 6 grandchildren; Ben, Abbey, David, Maddie, Truman & Eden; nieces, Beth, Amy, Amanda, Whitney, &  Samantha; his cousin Doug Robertson; as well as his mother-in-law Lila Bruce and Sister & brother-in-law Glenda & Rich Coston.

He fervently looked forward to joining his son Benjamin and parents Gertrude and Roy Hutchins in Heaven.

Prior to service, flowers can be sent to Hull & Hull Funeral Home in Grants Pass, Oregon.  If you would like to make a donation , please donate to your favorite ministry.

Graveside services will be provided by Manning-Wheatley Funeral Home at the Granite Hill Cemetery on Friday February 5, 2021 at 2pm.
