Arimo, Idaho - Craig Dwayne Burmester, 52, passed away peacefully of natural causes at his home. Craig was born August 27, 1959, in Salt Lake City,Utah, son of Richard Fred and Gloria Faye Burmester.

Craig loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, camping, taking care of his yard, and working on vehicles. He had a green thumb and always had a beautiful yard and houseplants. He loved dogs, and had six miniature pinschers who were his pride and joy and his best friends.

He worked at Ash Grove Cement for over 25 years as a repairman and took great pride in the work he did. He loved his family and always worked hard to provide for them. He was a wonderful father and will be greatly missed. He will always be remembered for his sense of humor and his sarcastic comments.

Craig is survived by his daughter, Shayla (Bob) Ward; sons, Josh (Rylee) Burmester, Richard Burmester; Craig James Burmester. Siblings, Mike (Kristy) Burmester, Fred (Stacy) Burmester, Jim (Becky) Burmester, Melyssa (Bud) Shumway, Kiel (Kelly) Burmester; grandchildren, Rylee, Mataya, Tristin, Kaidence, and baby Kaelia on the way. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Michelle

Graveside memorial services will he held Friday, August 24, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Marsh Center Cemetery, Arimo, Idaho. Graveside services are under the care of Manning-Wheatley Funeral Chapel, 510 N. 12th Ave. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Craig Burmester memorial fund at Manning-Wheatley Funeral Chapel.
