Eugene Edward Bradley, 58, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2026 at the Idaho State Veterans Home surrounded by his two daughters.
Eugene was born in South Korea then grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He later lived in Manhattan Kansas and in Germany where he attended some high school, before eventually settling in Idaho.
He proudly served his country in the Army National Guard May 29, 1986 to September 11,1986 and later in the United States Army as an armor crewman June 28, 2004- November 18, 2005 with service overseas in Iraq.
Eugene attended the College of Southern Idaho and later graduated from Idaho State University with an associate degree in general studies. He began his law enforcement career in Firth and then Fort Hall. He later worked in general labor at Virginia Transformer while going to ISU full-time. His most recent work was as a truck driver with Knights Transportation.
He got married in 2004 and then later divorced. From that marriage, he was blessed with two beautiful daughters, Sariah and Jada Bradley.
Eugene loved watching movies and playing PC games. Marvel movies were his absolute favorite. When a new movie came out, he would watch it in theaters 5 to 10 times. In his early years he enjoyed building and modifying RC cars. He had two motorcycles he loved to cruise around in town when the summer days were nice. He was known for his Marvel shirts he always wore. He always had a kind heart and a helping hand to anyone that needed it.
He loved his daughters so much, he always made sure they had everything they needed growing up and had the best childhood.
Eugene is survived by his parents, Jack Patrick and Bonnie Patrick; Children Sariah Bradley and Jada Bradley; Sibling David Patrick.
His daughters thank the staff of Manning Wheatley and the Idaho State Veterans home for their help, and his friends who made his days a little better.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Manning Wheatley Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held on Friday, July 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery in Blackfoot, Idaho.
