In Loving Memory of Julia “Judy” Loretta Roeder - January 12, 1935 – November 6, 2026

Julia “Judy” Loretta Roeder, 91, passed away on November 6, 2026. Judy was born on January 12, 1935, in Rapid City, South Dakota, to Carrie and Eugene Roberts.

Throughout her 91 years, Judy was part of a large family spanning multiple generations. Her memory will live on through her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, as well as the many lives she touched along the way.

Judy was preceded in death by her beloved dog Rowdy, her parents, grandson Derrik Taylor, Carrie and Eugene Roberts; her brother, Donald; and her beloved son, Ricky Lyn.

She is survived by her, husband, Jon Roeder, sister, Velma “Vickie” DiPrete; her children, Joseph Simpkins of American Falls, Randy Simpkins, Willis Simpkins, Charlotte (Mike) Pease of American Falls, Shawni Roeder of Blackfoot, Sheri (Andy) Youngstrom of Menan, and Meri Lyn Taylor of Blackfoot.

She also leaves behind numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, who will carry her memory forward for generations to come.

Judy's life was a part of a remarkable family legacy, and her memory will remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Funeral Services: A viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 11th, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. at Manning-Wheatley Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Mountain View Cemetery.
