Richard L. Herald, 80, passed away Monday, May 13, 2013 at a local care center.
Memorial services will be held Friday, May 17, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel at the Idaho State Veterans Home Pocatello, Idaho. Arrangements are under the care of Manning-Wheatley FuneralChapel, 510 N. 12th Ave.
