Pocatello - Rozell C. Gentry passed away at his son's home on July 10,2012. Rozell was born on July 8, 1928 in Collins, Mississippi to Herman and Ida Gentry.

He married Betty L. Walker from Afton, Wyoming on July 21, 1950 in Collins, Mississippi. He was a Veteran who served in the U.S. Navy.

He worked at FMC for 34 years. He attended the Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints.

Roe loved fishing, camping, and gardening. He was happiest when he was outdoors. He also enjoyed woodworking and watching sports. He was a devoted fan of the Utah Jazz.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Gentry residing in Pocatello, sons Steven residing in Billings, Montana, Ronald and Jimmie residing in Pocatello, Idaho. Daughters, Kari residing in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Shirley residing in West Valley City, Utah and Rhoda residing in Denver, Colorado. Along with 24 grandchildren and 17 great-grand children.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm today,Thursday, July 12, 2012 at Restlawn Memorial Gardens in Pocatello. With Military Graveside Rites provided by the Pocatello Veterans Honor Guard.
